Q: how do i place an order?

A: Sample packs of our seed may be ordered and paid for online.  For anything greater than a sample order, you will place an order online with us, but you will not be asked for payment information. At checkout you will receive detailed instructions on how to complete the mail-in payment.  You will also receive a confirmation email with your order number, and the same detailed shipping instructions. Once we receive your payment along with order # we will process and ship out your order. You will then receive an email with your invoice and tracking number

Q: where do I send payments?

A: Send your payment (Payable to: Jupiter) AND your order # to:

Address your payment envelope EXACTLY as it appears above.

We are not responsible for any payments lost in transit.


Q: what will my seed package look like?

A: The shipment you receive from us will have no indication that seeds are inside. The package will be very ordinary and our company name in the return address simply reads, "JS." 

Q: Can I pick up an order in person?

A: Because we sell our seed directly to customers online, orders cannot be picked up in person. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Sample packs of our seed may be ordered and paid for online with a credit or debit card. Custom quantity orders require a money order, cashier's check, or cash. We do not accept personal checks.
