Q: how do i place an order?

A:  If you have a current Hemp License you can place an order online with us, but you will not be asked for payment information. We will then contact you from our sales team to confirm you order and details.  You will also receive a confirmation email with your order number, and the same detailed shipping instructions. Once we receive your payment along with order # we will process and ship out your order. You will then receive an email with your receipt and tracking number

Q: where do I send payments?

A: Send your payment (Payable to: Jupiter Agricultural Supply) AND your order # to:

Address your payment envelope EXACTLY as it appears above.

We are not responsible for any payments lost in transit.


Q: what will my seed package look like?

A: The shipment you receive from us will have no indication that seeds are inside. The package will be very ordinary and our company name in the return address simply reads, "JS." 

Q: Can I pick up an order in person?

A: Because we sell our seed directly to customers online, orders cannot be picked up in person. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: You can pay with a money order, cashier's check or wire transfer. We do not accept personal checks.
